Henry is a seasoned healthcare executive with 35 year career serving in financial consulting, general management, strategic business planning, joint venture development, financial transactions, and industry analysis in the hospital and healthcare systems sector. He has guided organizations though business life cycle including growth, change, scale, turnarounds, downturns, start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, expansion and sometimes crises management situations. He has served in interim, transitional and turnaround financial leadership roles for twelve healthcare organizations. He has restructured financial systems, stabilized finances, and restored the trust of management, investors, bondholders, board members, and employees under very difficult financial circumstances. He has conducted over 150 healthcare consulting engagements for a broad array of healthcare clients nationwide. Henry spent nine-years with two international public accounting firms specializing in healthcare strategic and financial planning. He is a Fellow in the Healthcare Financial Management Association and Certified Public Accountant.
